Blue Anchor Apartment

“Blue Anchor” is a part of a series of apartments taking place at the very heart of the old city of Ramallah. The multi-faceted project, named “Ramallah Downtown Studios” included the restoration of an old house structure and premise of the 1-storey house that dates back to the 1950’s (in collaboration with Ramallah Engineering Office), and the addition of a top floor that is divided to 4 studios/apartments. Each apartment was individually designed to have its own identity. “Blue Anchor” is a coastal 2-bedroom apartment that has the advantage of ample natural light. The apartment is designed to have a harmonious blend of modern with raw natural elements, and its color scheme consists of navy blue, grey, white and accents of black. As soon as you enter the apartment you are greeted with a very soothing living area that adopts a large-scale piece of art as its focal point. As you proceed through the apartment you will notice windows overlooking the greenery of the surrounding garden from two sides; which is the main reason this apartment has the most airy feel to it out of all the other apartments. All furniture and furnishing pieces’ style is kept to a light neutral simplistic look.
