This 120 m² apartment is home to a 4-membered family. Smart design was the only way to go, since it had to include 2 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, home office/ breakout space, 2 balconies, and an open space that consists of living, dining and kitchen areas. After meeting up with the clients and getting to know them, our design team decided that a Scandinavian style approach would fit best. The overall palette was kept to minimal neutral colors with hints of colors here and there in order to create a fun warm atmosphere for members of different ages, while making the space feel bigger. Although the apartment lacks a designated storage room, storage space is dispersed throughout the whole apartment to compensate for that. The kids bedroom has a cave under one of the beds that doubles as a private cocoon for playing as well as a storage area to hide toys and games in.
